Overview

The University of Washington (UW) School of Nursing (SON) encourages freedom of expression and an open web environment, within the boundaries of complying with local, state and federal laws and school and university policies, rules, and regulations.

The experiences of students, faculty, staff, and others who participate in the SON community are determined, in part, by the quality of information published on SON web sites. A set of minimum standards and guidelines for web sites of SON units and affiliates is necessary to maintain the accuracy, consistency and integrity of such sites.
