Definitions

Content owner: a person or organizational unit that serves as the primary authoring source for the web site. Content owners may or may not directly edit web pages.

Web editor: a person who edits or maintains web content for specific web sites or content owners.

Web site: a collection of web pages that has a coherent purposes and belongs to or is maintained by one person or group.

Web Steering Committee: a group of representatives from across the SON who meet periodically to assess and inform SON web efforts.
