Nametags

You may purchase a nametag from the South Campus branch of the University Book Store. A two line nametag, black lettering on white background, will cost approximately $5 and will take ten business days to manufacture.

BSN and GEPN nametags should include:

Line 1: Your first name and the first initial of your last name
Line 2: University of Washington
Line 3: School of Nursing

Graduate student nametags should include:

Line 1: Your first name and the first initial of your last name
Line 2: University of Washington
Line 3: Graduate Student
