1. Site requirements

  1. Provide your immunization records to the site your first day of clinical, showing you have had TB immunizations.


The School of Nursing will provide to the site:

  • Verification that you have completed Blood Borne Pathogen training
  • Verification that your CPR and RN licenses are current
