Call Volunteer Services to set up a time to drop off the above application. Volunteer Services will:

• run a background check (can take between 1 and 10 days)
• get a badge request
• discuss the TB process
• register you for New Employee Orientation

3. Additional site requirements

1. If you have had a TB test within the last year and can bring documentation, only 1 TB test needs to be completed before your rotation can begin. If you have not, a 2-step TB test must be completed before you can begin your rotation.
2. Volunteer Services is responsible for arranging your orientation, which takes place from 10:15am - 2:30pm. You may begin your rotation the week prior to your orientation, but orientation must be completed within 1 week of your start date.
