• Obtain your immunization record from Hall Health and present to your site on the date of your orientation.

• VMMC now requires that all students receive the influenza immunization by the end of 2005. Effective January 1, 2006, all students will be required to show proof of this immunization to the Workforce Compliance office before beginning or continuing training at this site. A student who does not receive this immunization will be denied access to the facility until proof of immunization is provided or VMMC declares the end of the flu season. VMMC's Employee Health Department will provide FluMist to eligible students at no charge.
