BSN/MEPN Students: Clinical Placements Pre-Clinical Requirements
Each item listed MUST BE completed prior to beginning your clinical or at the time designated by the site.

1. Clinical Site Orientation. Mastery of the content knowledge provided in your clinical site orientation by the time and date designated. This mastery of knowledge is a requirement for meeting your clinical course objectives. Failure to meet this requirement will result in failure of the course and your subsequent inability to begin/continue in the BSN program for one calendar year.

2. Completion and submission of required forms. Unless otherwise noted, forms should be completed and returned to Academic Services, Health Sciences Building room T-310, attention Patrick Tufford (Box 357260).
