Conference Fees

The registration fee for this conference includes continental breakfast, refreshments during breaks and lunch on both meeting days, plus a reception after Thursday's last session. Please make your check payable to the University of Washington and mail it with your registration form to the conference coordinator indicated below.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be received in writing by October 20, 2001 and will be subject to a $50.00 administration fee. Refunds will be mailed after the conference. Refunds will be processed up until January 15, 2002. Transfer of registration to another person may be done at any time without penalty. Refunds cannot be provided for no-shows.
