Personnel inflation rates

Faculty and staff may not be inflated greater than 4% in year 1. Any additional raises must be justifiable to reviewers. Additional inflation can only be added for anticipated raises, promotions or movement of faculty onto A/B scale.

We also recommend not exceeding a 3% inflation rate for all remaining budget years of the grant-contract to follow the NIH salary inflation guidelines.
