Research/Project Sites

The first location will be the University of Washington, OSP street address. The second will be the School of Nursing.

If there is another location click on "Next Site" and fill in the appropriate fields. Sites that count as other locations are all sites where recruitment, data collection, lab work, training, or other project activities will take place. Be sure to include:

• Labs or offices that pay off-campus indirect cost rates.
• Subcontracts or Consultant sites unless the sites are only providing personnel to advise on methods and/or anaylsis.
• Community partners who will be providing recruitment or data collection.
