Items 9-10Pre-filled. Item 11: Descriptive titleEnter full project title. If you have any punctuation in the title, do not copy it from Word or grants.gov will not be able to read the code. Type it in manually instead. You are limited to 81 characters. You may enter in more, but the title will be truncated at 81 characters in the NIH database. The reviewers, however, will see the full title. Item 12: Proposed ProjectEnter project dates. The dates should be in whole months and should start on the first of a month and run to the last day of the final month. This date is just an approximation. When you are funded, you will be able to pick a start date that is more conveniant.
Item 13Pre-filled Item 14: Project directorEnter in your name as it is entered in your ERA Commons account. The address information will default to the OSP information above. Change the information so that it matches your personal address.
