CENTER FOR ECOGENETICS AND ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (CEEH)- Request for Applications due Monday, January 30, 2012 at 5:00 pm PST
These pilot grants are designed to assist investigators in obtaining preliminary data that will be useful for competitive, full-scale grant applications in the area of Gene and Environment interaction (G X E). Applications that focus on the role of human genetic and epigenetic variation as modifiers of environmentally induced diseases are especially encouraged. These grants may also focus on research-based GXE outreach activities, or the ethical, legal and social issues surrounding GXE research. They may also cover costs associated with the provision of services to you through a CEEH-approved facility core, shared resource, or cost center for research related to GXE.
