The UW School of Medicine & School of Nursing are jointly offering the Faculty Integrative Health Program (FIHP). This year-long, interdisciplinary program will provide selected faculty from the Schools of Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health, Social Work, and Dentistry with the opportunity to explore the theoretical concepts, clinical practices and evidence related to integrative therapies.

All current UW health sciences faculty are eligible
to participate in the Faculty Integrative Health Program.
The cohort of 8 to 12 per year will be recruited from diverse
disciplines and fields of study.

A completed application packet consists of the following four items:

1. Completed application cover sheet: Name, Address, Phone (Work and Home or cell), E-mail, Department (download)
2. Curriculum vitae, including current educational role, responsibilities, and activities.
3. Letter of interest including details of experience in integrative health and potential idea for final project.
4. Letter of approval from the Dean or Departmental chair, indicating ability and availability to commit to a year-long program.
