Required Clinical Site Orientation Information

Several agencies have required paperwork and/or orientation for students who will be holding a clinical rotation on their site. We have provided the following information for your information - as well as for your students - to help the orientation process run as smoothly as possible.

BSN Clinical Prerequisites

A special note about Swedish Medical Center placements: Swedish requires that students complete an online orientation via their InfoPort system to prepare them for clinical work on site. To prevent students from completing this prematurely, we ask that you visit the Swedish page for the graduate students to find the correct user name and password for your undergraduate students. That page can be found here:

Students have been instructed to await word from their instructor before completing this requirement.
