The University of Washington School of Nursing solicits applications and nominations for the position of Chairperson of the Department of Psychosocial and Community Health Nursing. The Department is a lively, collaborative intellectual community of students, staff and faculty that emphasizes critical thinking and participatory decision-making in research, teaching, practice, and departmental governance. The Department is home to Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing, the Family Nurse Practitioner program, and Community Health Nursing, which includes Occupational Health. The University of Washington School of Nursing is seeking applicants for a tenure-track faculty position at the Assistant Professor level in the Department of Family and Child Nursing. Applicants with expertise in neonatal nursing will be considered. Eligibility for nursing license in Washington, an earned doctorate in nursing or a related field, and preparation as a neonatal nurse practitioner are required.
The University of Washington School of Nursing seeks dynamic individuals for the position of Lecturer, Part-Time in the Department of Family and Child Nursing. The University of Washington faculty engage in teaching, research and service. This position includes teaching responsibilities for undergraduate pediatric nursing. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of Masters level education in Nursing and at least two years of experience in caring for pediatric patients.
