Teaching: Teaching provides Dr. Doorenbos the opportunity to share her passion for end of life and research issues with graduate students. Her teaching has included a course on survey research methods and an interdisciplinary course on end-of-life issues.
Service: Dr. Doorenbos is active in the Oncology Nursing Society. She consults with nurses in Ethiopia, Kenya, India, Japan, and Korea on end of life nursing issues.
