Graduate
Service Appointments
The University offers a number of graduate service appointments
(e.g. Teaching Assistantships, Research Assistantships, Fellowships,
Traineeships). Such appointees (both domestic and international)
work with faculty on active
research grants and other educational activities
and in exchange, receive full tuition waivers as well as health
insurance coverage for themselves and their dependents.
These positions are posted
to masters nursing student email lists when they become available.
In addition,
non-resident domestic students who do not hold graduate service
appointments but who are in their second or later year of
enrollment may be eligible to qualify for residency or may
be awarded a non-resident tuition waiver, thereby allowing
them to pay in-state tuition.
Financial Aid Information
Some financial aid is available to eligible students through
the University and School. Completion of the Free Application
for Federal Student Aid Form (FAFSA) is required for most
of the aid administered through the University. Priority filing
date is February 28.
