  Mr. Hatcher provides sustainability structure and facilitation skills to groups interested in learning and applying sustainability methodologies. He primarily accomplishes this with workshops engaging diverse groups and assisting their finding common ground. This is typically done through a combination of consultation, workshops, analysis, and reporting, depending on needs. Developing sustainability indicators is often the first step, because that leads to a broader picture of current status and trends. Mr. Hatcher teaches sustainability concepts and methodology, and designs and facilitates the meetings and workshops.
