PCH: Training Programs

  • Public Sector Nursing Project - The Public Sector Nursing Project is an agreement between the Department of Psychosocial and Community Health Nursing, Eastern State Hospital and Western State Hospital. The purpose of the Project is to provide support and educational opportunities to the nursing staff in these state mental health hospital settings.

  • Nursing Leadership for Culturally Competent Care: Children with Special Health Care Needs, Families and Communities

    This training grant prepares nursing leaders to assure the health of children/adolescents through family-centered culturally competent services, programs and policies.

  • Nursing Research Training: Substance Abuse

    This project provides research training in substance abuse. Financial support is available for both predoctoral and postdoctoral nurse scholars.
