Consumers from the US and Canada who want printed materials are encouraged to send $5.00 to NAMS, and they'll forward your MenoPak (US and Canada) of helpful information in about 3 weeks. The MenoPak information is free, but you are asked to pay a $5.00 shipping/handling fee.
