Making Health Care Decisions

Making health care decisions can be confusing and frustrating, whether you're doing it alone, with a friend, a family member or with your health care provider. The more you know about a health issue, the easier it will be to make sense of the information others provide you. Knowing more can also help make working with your health care provider less overwhelming.

Check your health knowledge by taking some interactive quizzes on Body Image, Hormones and Hormone Replacement Therapy, Heart Health, Osteoporosis, Menopause and Perimenopause,Midlife and Nutrition. When you are done with a quiz, click on "Return to the Seattle Midlife Women's Health Study" (or your browser's Back button) at the top of your screen to return to the list of quizzes. Take the quizzes as often as you like. You might want to download a quiz and take it to your next health care visit to remind yourself of questions you want to ask.
