Remember to collect one sample each quarter. For example, once between January 15 and February 15, 2005, another between April 15 and May 15, 2005, and another between July 15 and August 11, 2005 and once again between October 15 and November 10, 2005.

Do three diary days as usual surrounding that sample collection date.
