Our Labs: Molecular Lab

A new state of the art Molecular Genetics Laboratory has been established. The existing facilities include: spectrophotometer, DNA thermal cycler, refrigerated Jouan centrifuge with rotors for Eppendorf and larger tubes, Polaroid camera for gel documentation, hybridization oven, 2 horizontal gel electrophoresis units, 2 vertical gel electrophoresis units, and an RNASE free area. Freezers, refrigerators, an autoclave and deionized water are available in the adjoining laboratories.
