Here's how to download and install the free RealOne Player:

Please note, the software download file is approximately 7 MB. It may take up to an hour to download from a dial-up modem (56K).

1. You may want to print these instructions to refer to during the installation.
   
   
2. Check your system to be sure it meets the Minimum System Requirements listed below.
   
   
3. To begin, go to http://forms.real.com/real/player/blackjack.html
   
   
4. For Windows users, in the Windows NT4.0/98/ME/XP/2000 section, click on
   RealOne Player Version 2. For Mac users, choose RealPlayer 8 for Mac (for Mac OS8 or OS9)
   or the OSX link.
   
   
5. Click on a location near you to initiate the download, and choose Open when prompted.
   
   
6. Once the application has downloaded, the installation will automatically begin. Choose the following settings:
   
   
   1. On the Welcome screen, choose "Custom Install". Click "Next".
   2. On the Licensing Agreement page, click "Accept".
   3. On the Program Location and Desktop Setting screen, leave the default setting in the "Install Location" field. Then, uncheck each checkbox in the Desktop Settings field. Then click "Next".
   4. On the "Default Media Player" screen, uncheck each checkbox except the "Other Media" box. Also, leave the box on the bottom (Periodically check my system...) unchecked. Then click "Finish".
   5. On the 2nd Welcome screen, click "Next".
   6. On the Product Registration screen, fill in the required fields and uncheck the box at the bottom (Contact me...). Click "Create".
   7. On the Choose your RealOne Player setup screen, select "Basic Setup" -- this is very important! Click "Continue".
   8. You're done! You can now test the videostreaming from the link on this page.
