Prospective Students

GCPAPN Admissions Qualifications

Admissions to all graduate certificate options requires:

  • earned graduate degree OR current matriculation in a graduate degree-granting program plus an earned baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution
  • meeting Essential Behaviors for graduate students
  • minimum grade point average of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale for the last 90
    graded credits

Required Application Materials
If you are a graduate student currently enrolled at the School of Nursing, complete the Application for Transfer to or Addition of Program or Specialty form.

If you are not currently enrolled in one of our graduate nursing degree programs, download the Certificate Application Instructions, where you will find more detailed information about the following required application materials:

  1. Online Certificate application, including School of Nursing Supplemental Form
  2. resume
  3. three (3) letters of recommendation
  4. admissions questions
  5. completed Conviction/Criminal History and Authorization for Repeat Background Checks and Dissemination of Results Form.
  6. official transcripts from all post-secondary schools attended
