Dr. Sandra Eyres will be Acting Chair
for the 1999-2000 Academic Year

I am pleased to tell you that Dr. Sandra Eyres has agreed to assume the role of Acting Chair for the 1999-2000 Academic Year. Sandy has extensive administrative experience, has served as Acting Chair previously as well as Director of the Office of Nursing Research and as Associate Dean for Academic Programs. She has uncommonly good common sense and is a highly respected professor and faculty colleague. She has turned her research focus to teaching and student development in recent years and has mentored many of the faculty in this area. Please join us in thanking Dr. Eyres for her willingness to provide this important leadership in the School of Nursing once again.
