Dean's Monthly Communication: May 2006

Message from Dean Woods
Having just celebrated Administrative Professionals Week, it seems timely for us to launch our electronic newsletter for the School of Nursing and a new program for employee recognition. The Staff Advisory Council (SAC) has recently completed a new Web site dedicated to employee recognition. In addition to updated criteria and new submission guidelines for the Above & Beyond awards, it offers links to other School and University awards and suggestions for other avenues of staff recognition. I would like to thank SAC members for their efforts on this over the past two years, with a special thank you to Linda Burton for keeping the dialogue going. Feel free to send them your comments.
Nancy Fugate Woods, PhD, RN, FAAN
